Exchanges & Returns

Jewelry purchased from the online store may be exchanged up to 7 days from day of delivery.

The item must be new, in its original state and packaging and unworn.

Once the item is returned to the shop, the replacement item will be shipped.

A refund will not be issued for the delivery fee.

Cancellations and returns will be accepted up to 14 days from day of delivery.

The item must be unworn and in its original state and packaging.

A refund will be issued after the item is returned to the shop and inspected.

All in accordance with the conditions and regulations set forth by the Consumer Protection Law for the Cancellation of Transactions, 2010-2021.

In the instance of cancellation after the item has shipped, no refund will be issued for the delivery fee.

A one year warranty is issued for all jewelry effective from the moment of purchase.
